Scheme Framework & Scope

Implemented by the Meghalaya Administrative Training Institute-All India Service Pre Examination Training Centre (MATI-AISPETC) in collaboration with the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms.

Applications undergo strict cross-matching with official UPSC result charts by the MATI verification committee before processing allocations.

Core Banking Standards

Mandatory requirement for operational bank infrastructure linked to automated Core Banking Solutions (CBS) with authenticated branch stamp marks.

Direct Benefit Delivery

Financial incentives are dropped cleanly using DBT protocols to minimize execution gaps and eliminate systemic overhead drops.

Policy Compliance

Submission of counterfeit records, fake categories, or double claims triggers full cancel blocks and formalized recoveries under strict state guidelines.

Mandatory Eligibility

State Domicile Condition

Must be a verified Permanent Resident of Meghalaya with certificates from DM/ADM tiers .

Social Category Mapping

Belonging to explicit ST, SC, OST, or certified EWS parameters.

Exam Clearance Proof

Candidates must provide valid proof of clearing UPSC Prelims, Mains, or Interview stages in the corresponding examination cycle.

Frequency Limitation

The structural financial award is granted strictly once to each individual candidate.
