Application for Admission into the Civil Services Coaching

Before You Begin

Please go through the following important instructions carefully before proceeding with the application form:

• Only permanent residents of Meghalaya are eligible to apply.
• You must be eligible to appear for the UPSC Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2026.
• You must have a Degree with at least 50% aggregate marks and be aged 21 years or above.
• 70 seats are available. Selection is based purely on merit through a Selection Test modelled on UPSC Prelims.
• State Reservation Policy will be followed. If not enough candidates apply from one category, other categories may be considered.
• The coaching is a fully residential program at the MATI Campus, Mawdiangdiang. Food and accommodation will be provided free of cost. (Exceptions apply to local Shillong residents.)
• Medium of instruction: English.
• Last date for application: 15th August 2025.
