Organisational Structure

The Meghalaya Administrative Training Institute is a Government institution, under the administrative control of the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department of the Government of Meghalaya. It also maintains a close link with the Department of Personnel & Training, Govt. of India. The institution is headed by the Director General . The day-to-day administration and management of training programmes is looked after by the Director. The Director is assisted by a Joint Secretary, Joint Director, Assistant Director, Assistant Professor I/C DM Cell, and Finance and Accounts Officer. The Joint Secretary, MATI, has been designated as Public Information Officer (PIO) for the Institute.
